Returns/Refunds Policy

Orders placed online will be delivered by DPD Courier Service.
We guarantee that any orders placed Mon-Fri before 1PM will be shipped same-day.

At The Vape Megastore, we pride ourselves on providing excellent quality products, tried and tested by ourselves before making them available.

We offer a minimum 3 month warranty against manufacturer/factory faults on all devices. 
Physical damage resulting from devices being dropped, smashed or run over unfortunately cannot be replaced, but in the event that this happens to your device, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will see what we can do to get you vaping again as soon as possible.

All devices will need to be tested by The Vape Megastore before any exchanges/refunds are able to be authorised.
Clearomisers are a consumable item so are not covered by our warranty unless a visible manufacturing fault is evident on arrival.

In place of cash refunds, in most situations, store credit will be offered instead. Under specific circumstances, we will refund money directly to the bank account it was paid from.
